Dr. Alise Stugle.

Resident doctor at the RSU Clinic of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy.

Dr. Stugle obtained her medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine at Riga Stradiņš University.

During her studies, she actively participated in the RSU Occupational Medicine Student Research Group, conducting research on the connection between the human microbiome and various mental health conditions. She was also actively involved in student life, organizing events and participating in initiatives by the Latvian Medical Students Association to promote public awareness of health issues.

In her free time, she enjoys an active lifestyle, which helps maintain physical and emotional balance. She is always eager to learn and expand her perspective.

She believes that each person’s experience is unique, and through psychotherapy—using respect, empathy, and openness—one can achieve personal growth, as well as physical and emotional well-being. She envisions the psychotherapist’s office as a safe and accepting space where everyone can feel understood and supported, fostering a healthier and more positive daily life.

“Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens”
