Anita Salnaja.
Certified Clinical Psychologist.
Anita Salnaja obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Latvia. Since graduating, she has worked as a clinical psychologist at Medical Society ARS, providing consultations and conducting psychological assessments for cognitive functions and personality evaluation.
She administers the Latvian Clinical Personality Test (developed by RSU) for individuals aged 18 and older. This test offers a comprehensive analysis of clinical and functional impairments, as well as personality traits.
Additionally, she holds a Master’s degree in Health Sciences in Nutrition. Since completing this program, she has worked as a lecturer in a joint Master’s program in Nutrition Science. Her scientific interests focus on the study of neurotic eating disorders.
By integrating her expertise across multiple disciplines, she assists individuals experiencing a wide range of psychological challenges affecting daily functioning. In her practice, she incorporates short-term dynamic counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, adapting other methods as needed to address the client's concerns. She works with both adults and adolescents.
Outside of work, she enjoys active recreation, including monoskiing on water and hiking.
