Dr. Lana Sislo is a physician-psychotherapist at the RSU Clinic of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy. She obtained her medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine at Riga Stradiņš University.

During her studies, she expanded her knowledge by actively participating in the RSU Student Scientific Groups of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, Infectious Diseases, and Surgery. Her involvement in different medical disciplines deepened her understanding of how a patient’s emotional state influences physical health and the course of illness. Beyond her studies, she also contributed to educating participants of the Young Doctors’ Academy.

Dr. Šišlo believes that psychotherapy provides an opportunity to understand and organize one's inner emotional world, build harmonious relationships, and achieve overall well-being—both physical and emotional.
