Obtained a Professional Master’s degree in Health Psychology and a Psychologist qualification from Riga Stradiņš University. Currently specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for psychological counseling.
She conducts cognitive function assessments (memory, attention, thinking) for adults, using scientifically validated psychological evaluation methods.
For mental state assessment, she administers the Latvian Clinical Personality Test, which helps identify symptoms and provides precise insights into an individual's cognitive, emotional, social, behavioral, and personality traits. This test also evaluates emotional and social adaptation abilities and difficulties and is applied to individuals aged 18 and older.
She provides psychological counseling for adults, helping them understand personal difficulties and their underlying mechanisms, discover new coping strategies, and utilize inner resources. She applies Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to reduce symptom severity, enhance quality of life, and replace maladaptive emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns with more adaptive and supportive responses.
