Dr. Lelde Smilte-Breca is a physician specializing in psychotherapy and psychosomatic medicine at the RSU Clinic of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy. She acquired her medical knowledge and skills at the Faculty of Medicine at Riga Stradiņš University, additionally studying in the Pediatrics program.

During her studies and clinical work, she observed the profound importance of recognizing one’s emotions. Understanding and fulfilling one's true desires and needs is a key aspect of health and well-being.
