Dr. Sandra Vinnina is a physician-psychotherapist at the RSU Clinic of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy. She obtained her medical degree from the Latvian Academy of Medicine and specialized in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the RSU Faculty of Continuing Education. She is certified as a psychotherapist by the Latvian Medical Association. Additionally, she has trained in sandplay therapy and is certified by the Latvian Sandplay Therapy Association.
Her clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, couples, and families, addressing issues such as relationship difficulties, anxiety and related disorders, behavioral and eating disorders, depression, and health problems caused by stress and emotional factors.
During therapy, important personal matters will be explored, offering relief, new perspectives, a shift in self-perception, and emotional support.
