Dr. Ernests Pulins-Cinis is a physician-psychotherapist at the RSU Clinic of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy. He obtained his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine at Riga Stradiņš University and specialized in psychotherapy during his residency at the RSU Faculty of Postgraduate Studies. He is also certified by the Latvian Medical Association to practice psychotherapy.

During his studies, he led the Scientific Group of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy and conducted research confirming the link between difficulties in expressing emotions, lower well-being, and higher pain levels. During his residency, he gained extensive clinical experience working with both adolescents and adults in individual and group therapy settings.

Outside of work, he is a husband and father who enjoys spending time in nature. He believes that well-being is attainable for everyone, but sometimes we lack the strength to reach it on our own. His choice to become a psychotherapist was driven by the desire to help as many people as possible achieve this balance.

"The first step on the path to health is the desire to be healthy."
