Laura Kovalenko graduated from the University of Latvia with a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Clinical Psychologist qualification. She is currently specializing in Supervision in Professional Practice at Riga Stradiņš University.
She provides consultations for adults and offers emotional support to parents facing psychological challenges related to their children's or adolescents mental, physical, cognitive, and emotional health. She helps parents navigate difficulties and build respectful, supportive relationships.
Additionally, she conducts psychological assessments for individuals aged 18 and older, evaluating cognitive processes and personality traits. She utilizes the Latvian Clinical Personality Test, developed by RSU, in both Latvian and Russian. This test provides a comprehensive assessment of an individual’s psycho-emotional state, social adaptation abilities, perception of self and others, emotional responses, and behavioral patterns, offering valuable insights into personality traits, including tendencies toward pathological behaviors.
