Dr. Romans Beskrovnijs is a physician-psychotherapist at the RSU Clinic of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy. He obtained his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine at Riga Stradiņš University.

During his studies, he conducted several scientific research projects focusing on the emotional well-being of adolescents with diabetes. He was actively involved in the RSU Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy Student Scientific Group, where he gained extensive knowledge and skills in the field of mental health.

For several years, he worked actively with young people in the Cēsis region, successfully implementing various projects aimed at fostering personal growth and self-awareness. Through these activities, he developed a deep understanding of the importance of mental health in everyday life and a strong desire to help improve it.

He believes that recognizing and accepting one's feelings and emotions is the path to a healthy lifestyle.
